1. Service Description

ProformalIQ provides executive communication assessment tools including email analysis, resume scoring, typing performance, reading performance, and a composite Skill Score. Scores are structured assessments based on defined rubrics and are not certifications, professional evaluations, or guarantees of professional outcomes.

2. Account & Eligibility

• ✓You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• ✓You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• ✓One account per individual. Shared or automated account usage is prohibited.

3. Subscription & Billing

• ✓Free tier: No credit card required. Subject to weekly analysis limits.
• ✓Pro and Pro+ tiers: 7-day free trial (credit card required). Billed monthly or annually after trial ends.
• ✓You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the billing period.
• ✓Payments are processed by Stripe. ProformalIQ does not store credit card data.

4. Acceptable Use

• ✗Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
• ✗Do not attempt to reverse-engineer scoring algorithms or abuse rate limits.
• ✗Do not misrepresent ProformalIQ scores as professional certifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProformalIQ is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on assessment scores. Scores are internal performance indicators and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, or other professional decisions.
